My name is Nicolas Collas. I'm the founder of [æktiv], self-employed for over 10 years and active as a coach for 18 years. personaltrainer-basel.ch is the extension of my main site aektiv.ch — focused on running coaching and health-oriented personal training in the Basel region.

My approach combines athletic goal-orientation with a therapeutic understanding. That means: I don't just look at performance, pace or kilometres, but also at movement quality, load capacity, discomfort and your personal conditions.

Whether you're just starting to jog, coming back from an injury, want to lose weight or improve your running performance — I support you with training that fits you.
